Rebecca Morgan was wrongly convicted in March 2006 of negligence in the drowning death of an 11-year-old girl who was riding in a catamaran that capsized in 2003 at a Greek resort. Morgan was prosecuted because she was the water sports manager. She was sentenced to an 18 month suspended sentence. In April 2007 her conviction was quashed on appeal.
