In 2007 Moses submitted an application to the Criminal Case Review Commission (CCRC) for review of his conviction as a miscarriage of justice. Moses's case was referred by the CCRC on 5/01/2007 to the England and Wales Court of Appeal (Criminal Division). On 12/17/2007 the appeals court quashed Tony Moses's convictions.
