Summary of Case:

"One of seventeen people from Mansfield, Ohio wrongly convicted of selling drugs based on the false testimony of DEA informant Jerrell Bray who worked under the supervision of DEA agent Lee Lucas. Convicted after a guilty plea, of selling cocaine to Bray near an elementary school. He was sentenced to 3 years, 1 months in prison. After Bray admitted he made up his accusations against the defendants, the U.S. Attorney's Office filed a motion to vacate all their convictions. The convictions were vacated and they were released on or about February 1, 2008, except for Dwayne Nabors, who was released on bail in October 2007 and Geneva France, whose conviction was overturned in June 2007. Geneva France was wrongly imprisoned for 19 months, Dwayne Nabors was wrongly imprisoned for 16 months, and the others were imprisoned for nearly 20 months."
