Summary of Case:	"Christopher Murray was wrongly convicted on October 28, 2010 of committing indecent assault and buggery in 2008 with a nin-year-old boy in Jamaica. Murray's conviction was based on the boy's testimony. After Murray's conviction he was sentenced to six years in prison for indecent assault and seven years for buggery, to be served concurrently. Post-conviction DNA tests of evidence from the boy conclusively proved Murray could not have committed the offence. In August 2012 Jamaica's Court of Appeals quashed Murray's convictions and ordered his acquittal based on the new exculpatory DNA evidence."
