Summary of Case:	"Ropate Naisua was wrongly convicted of aggravated robbery in Fiji. Naisua was convicted based on the victim's identification of him out of an identification parade in which the police made it apparent to her that Naisua was their primary suspect. On May 31, 2013 Naisua's conviction was quashed on appeal on the basis the police had not taken sufficient information from the victim to assertain if she would be able to reliably identify her assailant, and the identity parade was rigged so she would select Naisua."
