Summary of Case:	"Kason O'Neil was wrongly convicted on October 17, 2008 of third degree sexual abuse and endendangering the welfare of a child. O'Neil was a 25-year-old track coach accused of touching a 15-year-old female runner while traveling in his car to a meet in 2006. The jury acquitted O'Neil of 19 felony charges, including multiple counts of rape. The only evidence was the girl's testimony, while O'Neil denied he ever touched her. On October 22, 2009 the New York Court of Appeal overturned O'Neil's conviction and ordered his acquittal based on insufficient evidence of his guilt and his accuser's unreliable identification."
