The only evidence against him was the testimony of the the person who alleged the abuse. Olszewski was sentenced to three years probation. Olszewski's conviction was overturned by the Michigan Supreme Court in December 2005, and in April 2006 the Wayne County Prosecutors Office announced they would not retry him and the charge was dismissed."
