Summary of Case:	"Keith Phillips was wrongly convicted in December 2002 of importuning -- asking someone of the same sex for sex. In May 2002 the Ohio Supreme Court ruled Ohio's importuning law was unconstitutional because the same act is legal for heterosexuals. Phillips pled no contest and was sentenced to a suspended 6 month jail sentence, 5 years probation, and a $600 fine.. Phillips was convicted of the same crime in April 2003 and sentenced to four months in jail. After he was released in August 2003, Phillps learned that he had been convicted of a non-existent crime. In December 2005 the Ohio Court of Appeals vacated his convictions."
