Summary of Case:	"Johnny Louis Pinchback was wrongly convicted in 1984 of aggravated sexual assault in the rape of two teenage girls in Dallas, Texas. His convictions were based on the victim's identification of him from a photo line-up, and then at trial. Johnny Pinchback was sentenced to 99 years in prison for each conviction. In 2009 the Innocence Project of Texas agreed to represent Pinchback to pursue DNA testing of pubic hair collected from one of the girls. The testing was unavailable at the time of trial. In the Spring of 2011 the testing was conducted and established the pubic hair belonged to the girl and Pinchback was excluded as the source of the seminal fluid recovered. Pinchback filed a motion for a new trial based on the new evidence. The motion was granted and he was released on May 11, 2011 after more than 26 years of imprisonment. Pinchback had received $2,133,333 in state compensation from the State of Texas as of 2012."
