Summary of Case:	"Anthony Keith Poole was codefendant of Gary Mills. Anthony Poole was also known by his nickname of Tony Poole. Both were convicted and sentenced in January 1990 to LI for a murder the two men didn't commit in Gloucester, England. The Court of Appeals quashed Mills and Poole's convictions on June 16, 2003, and they were released after 13 years of incarceration. In January 2015 Poole was sentenced to 10-1/2 years in prison after a jury convicted him of manslaughter in the death of a man, and assaulting another man in Gloucester during an argument in 2013 that erupted over the way Poole had spent the money paid to him as compensation for his wrongful murder conviction."
