Summary of Case:	"John Procter was the husband of Elizabeth Bassett Procter, and both were wrongly convicted of witchcraft in Salem, MA during what is now known as the Salem Witch Trials. Elizabeth and John were both sentenced to death. John was executed by hanging on August 19, 1692, but Elizabeth was pregnant and given a reprive until she gave birth, which came after the trials ended. Her sentence was then commutted, and she was exonerated in 1711. wrongly convicted of witchcraft in Salem, MA during what is now known as the Salem Witch Trials."
