Summary of Case:	"Besnik Qema was wrongly convicted in February 2005 of supplying a class drug (cocaine), possession of a class drug with intent to supply (cocaine), and possession of a false instrument (french passport). After pleding guilty Qema was sentenced to 4-1/2 years in prison. Qema appealed his sentence that was reduced by 9 months in June 2005. In 2006 Qema submitted an application to the Criminal Case Review Commission (CCRC) for review of his conviction as a miscarriage of justice. After Qema had completed serving is sentence his case was referred by the CCRC on 1/11/2010 to the England and Wales Court of Appeal (Criminal Division). On 9/9/2010 the appeals court quashed Besnik Qema's convictions."
