Summary of Case:	"Wrongly convicted of murder and robbery. In March 2000, Ralukukwe and five other men were convicted of the aggravated murder and robbery of a mechanic at Sibasa in Limpopo. Ralukukwe's conviction was solely based on the testimony of one of his co-defendants, and the Supreme Court of Appeal in Bloemfontein, South Africa set aside Ralukukwe's sentence and conviction on May 25, 2006, ruling that the witnesses testimony was unreliable. Ralukukwe had been wrongly imprisoned for six years. The Appeals court stated that it was also going to review the cases of two of Ralukukwe's co-defendant's who might have also been wrongly convicted."
