Summary of Case:	"Waldemar Ratzlaf was codefendant of his wife, Loretta Ratzlaf. They wrongly convicted in federal court of currency structuring. On January 11, 1994 the United States Supreme Court reversed the Ratzlaf's convictions on the basis they had no knowledge of the laws applicable to them, and the government hadn't informed them of those laws, so they couldn't have had the requisite knowledge of the law and willful intent to violate the law. The case is Ratzlaf v. United States, 510 U.S. 135 (1994)."
