Summary of Case:	"Richard A. Rauch was wrongly convicted in two separate indictments of online solicitation of a minor in Rockwall County, Texas. Richard Rauch was sentenced to 2 years in prison for each indictment. He did not appeal his convictions. In 2013 the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals ruled that § 33.021(b) unconstitutional in Ex parte Lo, 424 S.W.3d 10 (Tex. Crim. App. 2013). Rauch filed a writ of habeas corpus that his convictions were no longer valid in light of Lo. On February 24, 2016 the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals granted Rauch's writ of habeas corpus and ordered dismissal of his indictments."
