"Jesse Reynolds was wrongly convicted in 2002 of attempted murder and burglary (in Feb. 2002) based on an erroneous eyewitness identification by the victim, and the prosecutors statements to the jury that his decision not to testify was an indication of his guilt. In Oct 2003 the Indiana Court of Appeals reversed his conviction and ordered a new trial. In December 2004, Reynolds was acquitted after a retrial."
