Summary of Case:	"Robert John Reynolds was wrongly convicted of the home invasion of a woman's home in Lowood, Queensland, Australia and the demand by Reynold's co-defendant of of money and pills from the woman. Reynolds' defense was he didn't know what his codefendant was going to do when he drove him to the woman's house. The key evidence against Reynolds was the testimony of his codefendant who actually committed the crime. After the jury found Reynolds guilty he appealed. On November 12, 2013 the Queensland Court of Appeal quashed Reynolds' conviction on the basis it was a miscarriage of justice because the trial judge failed to give the jury proper instructions cautioning them about solely relying on the self-serving and possibly unreliable testimony of Reynolds' codefendant."
