Summary of Case:

"Symieon Robinson-Pierre was wrongly convicted on August 6, 2012 of having a dangerous dog in public after his pit bull bit five police officers in east London on March 22, 2012. Robinson-Pierre was sentenced to 22 months in prison and disqualified from owning a dog for a period of 5 years. On December 20, 2013 the UK's Court of Appeal quashed Robinson-Pierre's conviction on the basis one of the officers was bit in his house so the law wasn't violated, and the other four officers were only bit after they had allowed the dog out of the house, so he hadn't violated the law."
