"Wrongly convicted as a 16-year-old juvenile of filing a false police report after accusing her step-father of raping her. The man denied the charge. The girl told her mother that her step-father had made a video of the rapes, and after finding and viewing the tape, the mother, Laura Rogers, shot her husband to death that night while he was sleeping. After seeing the evidence, prosecutors agreed to vacating the girl's wrongful conviction. Laura Rogers pled guilty to manslaughter and served six months in jail."
