Summary of Case:	"Priscilla Ann Sanders was wrongly convicted in November 2013 of tampering with a government record in 2012. At the time of the alleged offense Sanders was a Justice of the Peace in Tulia, Swisher County, Texas. On October 12, 2012 Sanders was suspended as a Justice of the Peace. After her conviction Sanders was sentenced to nine months suspended for nine months, and payment of a $500 fine. On March 18, 2015 the Texas Seventh Court of Appeals reversed Sanders' conviction on the basis the prosecution introduced insufficient evidence to prove her guilt beyond a reasonable doubt."
