Summary of Case:	"Nii Ansah Sasaraku III was wrongly convicted on June 14, 2013 of contempt of court, based on the allegation he defied a court order. Sasaraku III was sentenced to 30 days in jail. He appealed.'In July 2015 Ghana's Court of Appeal quashed Sasraku III's conviction. The court ruled that having gone through the records and bearing in mind that contempt ought to be established beyond reasonable doubt, it found no justification for his conviction. The Court stated: “There is no evidence that the acts complained about, or either by them, denigrated or were intended to denigrate the trial court,”"
