"Petros Zwelethu Shozi was wrongly convicted of murder in Port Shepstone, South Africa. Port Shepstone regional Magistrate Nonesi Dlamini presided over the trial of Petros Shozi and after finding him guilty, she sentenced him to nine years in prison. On October 17, 2005 Petros Shozi's conviction was set aside by the High Court of Appeal in Pietermaritzburg. Due to Magistrate Dlamini's handling of Shozi's case she was reported to the Magistrate's Commission by the high court judges of appeal sitting in Pietermaritzburg. It was one of Dlamini's two cases the High Court reported to the Magistrate's Commission the week of October 17, 2005."
