"Wrongly convicted in December 2007 of intent to do grievous bodily harm and indecent assault for allegedly forcing an employee to have oral sex with him on May 19, 2007. Lionel Skog was sentenced to three years in prison on each count. On August 29, 2008 the Cape High Court overturned his convictions, based on insufficient evidence to reject Skog's alibi that he was watching rugby and drinking with friends in town, including two police officers at the time of the alleged assault."
