In 2003 Solomon submitted an application to the Criminal Case Review Commission (CCRC) for review of his conviction as a miscarriage of justice. Solomon's case was referred by the CCRC on 12/18/2006 to the England and Wales Court of Appeal (Criminal Division). On 10/22/2007 the appeals court quashed Dean Solomon's convictions."
