Summary of Case:	"Michael Ray Toney was wrongly convicted of causing a Thanksgiving Day 1985 bombing that killed a father and his daughter, and a cousin. Michael Toney was sentenced to death. Toney filed a motino for a new trial after it was discovered that the trial prosecutor failed to disclose exculpatory evidence to Toney's lawyers. In December 2008 Toney's conviction was overturned. On September 2, 2009 the charges were dropped by the prosecution and Toney was released from prison later that day. A month after Toney's release he was killed on October 3, 2009, when the pick-up truck he was driving overturned while he was going around a corner on a rural road in eastern Texas. The 43-year-old Toney was thrown from the vehicle and died at the scene."
