Wrongly convicted of two counts of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old boy. He was sentenced to six months imprisonment. In January 2008 the U.K.'s Court of Appeal quashed Bryan Tong's conviction based on new evidence that the boy lied and actually made the attack up. The 68-year-old Tong was released after serving nearly all of his six month prison sentence.
