Summary of Case:	"Jayne Urquhart-Sims was wrongly convicted in July 2015 of failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver alleged to have been guilty of an offence while driving a company vehicle in November 2014 that was registered to Urquhart-Sims. She did not know who was driving the vehicle, and after her conviction following a bench trial in the Weymouth Magistrates’ Court she was fined £500 and £650 costs. Urquhart-Sims, who lives in Portland, England, appealed. In November 2015 the Dorchester Crown Court quashed Urquhart-Sims' conviction and sentence on the basis that she couldn't with ‘reasonable diligence’ know who the driver was, since two of her work colleagues were also insured to drive the vehicle and other people also drove the vehicle."
