Summary of Case:	"James Edwin Watson was wrongly convicted in March 2011 of sodomy and violating his oath of office related to his alleged sex with a 17-year-old boy in 2009. Watson, a former Nashville Police officer was sentenced to two years in prison and three years on probation. In October 2013 the Georgia Supreme Court overturned Watson's convictions on the basis there was insufficient evidence the proposed sexual acts were to be performed in public, in exchange for money or anything of commercial value, by force, or by one legally incapable of consenting to such acts."
