Summary of Case:	"Tyrone Leroy Watts was wrongly convicted in 2013 of attempted terrorism for threatening in 2012 to return to go to Thomas Magnet School in Shelbyville, Tennessee with an AK-47 and kill everyone and himself. After his convictio by a jury Watts was sentenced to 16 years in prison. On June 23, 2015 the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals unanimously overturned Watts attempted terrorism conviction on the basis the prosecution failed to introduce evidence sufficient to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Watts was guilty of attempted terrorism, "because the State failed to establish all of the elements of (a) false report." The appeals court also found that the evidence supported an inference that Watts knew his threat to be false or baseless."
