"Larry Weathers was wrongly convicted of a 2007 burglary in April 22, 2008 based on fingerprints found in the burglarized home in St. Joseph County, Indiana. Larry Weathers was sentenced to 20 years in prison. On December 29, 2008 the Indiana Court of Appeals overturned Weathers' conviction on the grounds there was insufficient evidence to support his conviction. There was no evidence presented that tied Weathers fingerprints to the person who forced him or herself into the home and committed the burglary." |
