Summary of Case:	"Anthony Webb was wrongly convicted in 2000 of two charges related to him knowingly possessing marijuana, and a charge of child endangerment in Urbandale, Iowa. Webb appealed. On July 17, 2002 the Iowa Supreme Court reversed Webb's three convictions based on the prosecution's failure to introduce sufficent evidence to prove his guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. The Court ruled, "The evidence was insufficient to support the convictions for the two drug charges and the child endangerment charge. Therefore, we vacate the decision of the court of appeals and reverse the district court's judgment of conviction and sentence on all three charges.""
