Summary of Case:	David Wilkinson was wrongly convicted of failing to comply with an amended section 215 notice uner the town and country planning act 1990. In 2004 Wilkinson submitted an application to the Criminal Case Review Commission (CCRC) for review of his conviction as a miscarriage of justice. Wilkinson's case was referred by the CCRC on 9/07/2005 to the England and Wales Court of Appeal (Criminal Division). On 11/28/2006 the appeals court quashed David Wilkinson's convictions.
