Summary of Case:	"Kathryn Dawn Wilson was one of the four "Little Rascals Daycare Center" defendants in Edenton, NC. Indicted in 1989. She was tried alone and convicted on January 26, 1993. Wilson was sentenced to one life sentence. Her conviction was reversed on May 2, 1995 by the Appellate Court of North Carolina. On the same day Bob Kelly's convictions were also reversed. The NC State Supreme Court affirmed the appeals court's ruling. The State elected not to retry Wilson and the charges were dismissed in 1997. Wilson spent almost 2 years jailed while awaiting trial."
